FAQs
What if they ask for my SSN?
ClawCall may give your own identity details to the utility for your errand. If you prefer to give your SSN yourself, or the utility needs you personally, ask it to loop you in.
Can it report a power outage?
Yes. Many utilities have a self-service phone menu for outage reports; ClawCall works through it for you.
Can it set up auto-pay?
You can ask it to arrange auto-pay within your instructions. For full card numbers, prefer live loop-in or a private consult so the value is spoken live instead of stored in the task. Joining does not promise that recording or transcription stops.
