Yes — ClawCall always discloses that it's an AI when asked. The honesty policy is hard-coded.
Can I include my insurance information?
You can include non-PHI details like your name and DOB. Don't include policy numbers, diagnoses, or anything you'd consider protected health information — ClawCall is not HIPAA-eligible.
What if they need to talk to me directly?
Pass a bridge_number when starting the call. The AI will patch you in mid-call when the front desk needs you live.
