Terms and Conditions
Last updated: May 24, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of ClawCall, including our website, dashboard, API, SMS features, reserved-number features, call history, recordings, transcripts, and related services. By creating an account, starting a call, using an API key, or otherwise using ClawCall, you agree to these terms.
If you use ClawCall on behalf of a company or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party and to provide call instructions on their behalf.
2. What ClawCall does
ClawCall lets users ask an AI voice agent to place outbound phone calls, navigate phone menus, wait on hold, speak with the person who answers, and report call outcomes through the dashboard, API, SMS, transcripts, recordings, or other product surfaces.
ClawCall is a tool for user-directed phone tasks. You are responsible for the phone numbers you provide, the instructions you submit, the purpose of each call, and any information you ask the AI agent to communicate.
3. Accounts and API keys
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials and API keys secure. Actions taken with your account or API keys are treated as actions taken by you. Tell us promptly if you believe an account, session, phone number, or API key has been compromised.
We may suspend or revoke access to accounts, API keys, reserved numbers, or calls when we believe it is necessary to protect ClawCall, our providers, call recipients, users, or the public.
4. Lawful use and call permissions
You must use ClawCall only for lawful purposes and only in ways that respect the rights and preferences of call recipients. You are responsible for complying with telemarketing, robocalling, consent, call recording, privacy, consumer protection, and other laws that apply to your calls.
When you direct ClawCall to place a call to a specific person or business, you warrant that you have the authority and any required consent to contact that recipient through an AI agent on your behalf. You are responsible for the relationship between you and the recipient.
You may not use ClawCall to send spam, place unlawful marketing or sales calls, evade do-not-call rules, harass people, deceive recipients, impersonate someone without permission, collect information unlawfully, or carry out fraud or abuse.
5. No emergency use
ClawCall is not an emergency service. Do not use ClawCall to contact emergency services, request urgent medical or safety help, report crimes in progress, or handle any situation where a delay, failed call, misunderstood instruction, or unavailable service could cause harm.
6. AI and call limitations
ClawCall relies on automated systems and third-party providers. The AI agent may misunderstand instructions, speak incorrectly, fail to complete a call, miss context, produce inaccurate summaries, or be unable to navigate a phone system. You should review call results and use judgment before relying on them.
Do not use ClawCall as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, tax, insurance, emergency, or safety-critical advice or action.
7. Recordings and transcripts
ClawCall may create transcripts, summaries, call metadata, and recordings when those features are available. Recording links may be temporary. You are responsible for determining whether notice, consent, or other legal requirements apply before placing or recording a call.
Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your call task and you have the right to provide it. You are responsible for reviewing call artifacts before sharing or acting on them.
8. Billing, trials, and reserved numbers
Free trials, included minutes, paid call time, reserved numbers, subscriptions, renewals, and checkout flows are governed by the terms shown in the product at the time of purchase or use. Connected call time, active subscriptions, taxes, provider fees, and renewal terms may affect pricing and availability.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Reserved numbers depend on telephony provider availability and may be delayed, changed, suspended, released, or unavailable due to provider, billing, compliance, or technical issues.
9. Third-party services
ClawCall uses third-party services for authentication, payments, telephony, AI voice processing, infrastructure, storage, analytics, logs, communications, and support. Their services may be subject to their own terms and may affect availability, latency, call quality, billing, recordings, or data handling.
10. Prohibited uses
You may not use ClawCall to:
- Violate law or another person's rights.
- Place unlawful telemarketing, robocalls, spam, or scams.
- Harass, threaten, deceive, or impersonate others.
- Collect, disclose, or process information unlawfully.
- Interfere with ClawCall, our providers, or phone networks.
- Reverse engineer, overload, resell, or abuse the service.
- Use the service for emergency or safety-critical situations.
11. Service changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. ClawCall may be unavailable because of maintenance, usage limits, network issues, provider issues, compliance reviews, or events outside our control.
12. Disclaimers
ClawCall is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, call completion, and error-free performance.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClawCall will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, failed calls, inaccurate AI output, or third-party provider issues.
14. Termination
You may stop using ClawCall at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for ClawCall or others, failed to pay amounts due, or used the service in a prohibited or unlawful way.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating this page or providing notice in the product. Your continued use of ClawCall after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
16. SMS messaging
ClawCall is reachable by SMS or iMessage at a phone number we operate through a messaging provider. You start a conversation by texting us. We reply to your messages and may send follow-ups related to the calls you ask us to place — for example, a copy of a call recording or a notification when a call completes. We do not send promotional messages.
The first time you message us from a new number, you will receive a one-time welcome message that links back to these terms. By replying after that welcome message, you confirm that you have seen and agree to these terms.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on how many calls you ask us to place and how many replies the conversation requires.
You can opt out at any time by replying with STOP, and you can ask for help at any time by replying with HELP. We honor opt-out requests as soon as we receive them.
SMS and iMessage delivery depends on your carrier and on the messaging provider we use. We are not responsible for messages that fail to deliver due to carrier or device issues outside our control.
