Last updated: May 24, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how ClawCall collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, dashboard, API, SMS features, reserved-number features, call history, support channels, and related services.
ClawCall is an AI-powered phone calling service. Because the service places calls based on your instructions, the information you provide may include phone numbers, call tasks, conversation content, and call results.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email address, user ID, authentication status, and account settings.
- Call information: phone numbers, call instructions, call status, timestamps, duration, caller ID, call metadata, and summaries when available.
- Billing information: purchase selections, subscription status, transaction metadata, payment provider identifiers, and balance information. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- API and product usage: API key metadata, request logs, dashboard actions, onboarding state, error reports, and feature usage.
- Device and log data: browser, device type, pages visited, referring pages, and technical diagnostics.
- Support communications: messages you send to us, including email content and attachments.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve ClawCall.
- Place, route, monitor, transcribe, summarize, and complete calls.

- Send service, billing, security, and support communications.
- Comply with law, enforce terms, and protect rights and safety.
4. AI calls and temporary call artifacts
When you start a call, ClawCall may send call instructions, audio, phone numbers, call metadata, and related content to telephony and AI providers so the call can be placed and processed. Calls may generate temporary artifacts during processing, along with summaries and status data.
Transcripts and recordings, when generated for processing or review, are temporary and are not retained by ClawCall. Do not provide sensitive information unless it is necessary for the call and you have the right to provide it.
5. How we share information
We share information with service providers and partners that help us operate ClawCall, including providers for:
- Authentication and account management.
- Payment processing and billing.
- Telephony, phone numbers, SMS, and call routing.
- AI voice processing and call automation.
- Cloud hosting, databases, storage, logging, and monitoring.
- Email, support, analytics, security, and abuse prevention.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect ClawCall or others, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.
6. Sale of personal information
We do not sell your personal information. We also do not use call content or call artifacts to broker personal information to data buyers.
7. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide ClawCall, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce terms, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Retention periods may vary by data type. Temporary call artifacts are not retained by ClawCall, while account, transaction, security, and call-history records may be retained longer.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service, AI system, telephony network, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, API keys, devices, and any call artifacts you download or share.
