As long as it takes. When a human is ready, ClawCall calls you, explains who is waiting and why, and asks whether you want to join. You can also tell it to give up after N minutes.
Will I miss the human if I'm not at my phone?
If you provided a bridge_number, your phone will ring and the assistant will brief you before offering to patch you in. If you don't answer or decline, it returns to the waiting party instead of joining the calls.
Does it cost anything to wait on hold?
On the free trial, hold time counts against your 30-minute allowance and completed calls count against your 30-call allowance; the trial lasts until both are used. On paid plans (from $4.99/mo), it's unlimited.
