As long as the call stays connected. When a person is ready, ClawCall calls you, explains who is waiting and why, and asks whether you want to join. You can also tell it how long to wait before it gives up.
Will I miss the human if I'm not at my phone?
If you ask ClawCall to loop you in, your phone rings and it briefs you before offering to connect you. If you don't answer or you decline, it goes back to the waiting party instead of joining the calls.
Does it cost anything to wait on hold?
On the free trial, hold time counts against your 30-minute allowance and completed calls count against your 30-call allowance; the trial lasts until both are used. On paid plans (from $4.99/mo), it's unlimited.
