Account access
Understand your
calling access.
If your agent says a ClawCall feature is unavailable, here is what that means and where to get help.
This page explains common limits. Your agent's response has the current status for the account connected to it.
Calling allowance
Calls use the access already available on your account. This may be a trial allowance, remaining prepaid call time, or calling included in an existing subscription.
If the allowance is used up or calling is unavailable on your account, new calls cannot start. Ask your agent to check your current balance. Minute packs are no longer available.
Incoming calls
Answering incoming calls requires both inbound calling access and an active reserved number. Having a number for outgoing calls does not necessarily include incoming calls.
Your agent can check whether inbound calling is available and whether your answering instructions are configured.
Your reserved number
A reserved number must be included in your account and active before you can use it. Setup may still be in progress, or the number may be inactive because of a billing or setup issue.
Ask your agent to check the number's status. If your account includes a number but it is unavailable, contact support for help with the existing number.
